PAYING MONIES

Parents and/or students will be required to pay monies to the school for a variety of reasons. For example payments for fees, contributions, excursions and sports programs.

Hunter Sports High School offers a variety of methods to pay accounts. Payments can be made by cash, money order or eftpos. An eftpos facility is available for payments from savings account, cheque accounts and credit cards. Credit card payments can be made at the office, over the phone or via mail.

If a student is bringing a payment to school, they should be encouraged to bring the payment to the office before school. A receipt will be issued and sent home with the student.

Payments for excursions must be made by the due date to ensure bookings are made and to avoid students missing out. Payments received after the due date will not be processed. The school is often required to book and pay for excursion in advance and needs student numbers to organise events.
